“Vacant Spaces (For Trayvon)” – by @MonicaDockery & @UniverSoulLove

“Blood upon the sidewalk,
Outline drawn in white chalk,
But that line has been
Drawn there before”…

A real tear jerker… I don’t know if it was the authenticity of the young boy’s innocence, the beautiful singing by Miss Monica Dockery, Christopher calling “Traaayvon”, the heartfelt lyrics, or the feeling that justice is grieving in the room.

Song and Lyrics: Monica Dockery
Spoken Word: Christopher D. Sims (UniverSouLove)
